Instructions To Reset Your Password
- If you tried logging in many times and you are now "locked out", first wait a few hours from your last login attempt so any automatic lockout can expire. Then follow the steps below.
- Click: Member Login (green button, upper right corner)
- Click: Lost Your Password? (bottom of the page)
- Fill in your username, or your email address.
- Do steps (5) to (7) within 20 minutes.
Click: Get New Password - Log into your email and wait for a couple of minutes.
You should get a new email called "Password Reset". Please read it.
If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder. - Click the link in this email to take you to a web page that will allow you to reset your password.
This link is only valid for a short time from when the email was sent in step (5).
If the link is expired... repeat these instructions again from the top. - When the link in the email does work, you will be taken to a new web page that says "Enter your new password below".
It also says "New password", with a box immediately below it containing random characters.
These random letters, numbers, and symbols are a suggestion for a new password.
Change this, if you like, with what you want. But please make it a "strong" password.
Use BoTh UpPeR aNd LowER case letters, and numbers too. - Click: Reset Password
A message will appear saying: "Your password has been reset." - Log in using your new password.
